Each guest must supply two recent passport size pictures.

Identification Proof:

• Adults must show both the original document and a photocopy of either of the following ID proofs: Aadhar Card, Driver's License, Voter ID, or Passport.
• Children have to provide an original plus a photocopy of any of the following ID proofs: Aadhar card, school identification, or passport.
• Infants must provide either an Aadhar Card or a Birth Certificate. The original Birth Certificate must be shown for ferry passage from Port Blair to Swaraj Dweep (Havelock) and back.
• NRIs and foreign nationals must provide their passports as well as a valid Indian Visa/OCI card/PIO card.
• NRI / Foreign nationals – Mandatory Passport + Valid Indian visa / OCI card / PIO card.

Booking and Tour Specifications:

The mentioned ID proof is required at the moment of booking and is required to be carried on the trip as well. Ensure that all documentation is up to date and valid for the entire length of your stay.

Special Notes:

• The Tour Manager services will begin at the initially scheduled destination of the tour, as specified in the itinerary.
• The Tour Manager will offer a briefing at the start of the sightseeing tour and will be ready to answer any questions throughout the ride.
• Meal service will begin on Day 1 at the final arrival location and will keep going until departure from the final destination, as specified in the itinerary.
• Special dietary needs can be met with prior notification.
• To accommodate a wide range of tastes, meals contain both local and international food.
• Andaman Bliss does not offer meal service during plane travel or transit stops.
• We recommend keeping light food and drinks throughout these times.
• Local eating establishments and coffee shops may be open during transit stops for refreshments.

If you are planning to visit the Havelock Islands, we suggest you pack properly:

• Pack a different handbag for Havelock Island.
• Sunscreen, hats, sunglasses, and insect repellent are all must-haves.
• Carry an additional set of clothes and slippers.
• Pack clothes that are lightweight and easy to dry.
• Bring a waterproof bag to protect your stuff while engaging in aquatic sports.
• For chilly evenings, take a lightweight jacket or shawl.
• To stay hydrated, remember to bring a reusable water bottle.

Road Transport:

• All transportation and sightseeing are via air-conditioned coach.
• The coaches are pleasant, spacious, and come with basic facilities.
• Non-air-conditioned small vehicles and mini coaches are used in Havelock.
• These vehicles are suitable for negotiating the island's tiny roads and terrain.
• All cars are sterilized and serviced on a regular basis to ensure their safety and comfort.
• Bottled water and small refreshments will be provided throughout the transfers.

Important Note:

• We take satisfaction in continuously upholding our package. However, the above-mentioned package may be subject to modification without prior notice.
• Andaman Bliss does not recommend any specific stores for shopping. Guests are allowed to explore and buy at their leisure.
• If a crisis happens, some tourist attractions may be temporarily closed without prior notice. In such instances, we will try to arrange alternative sightseeing choices wherever possible.
• Please bring any personal medicines you may require. The tour manager will be ready to provide basic first aid.
• Kindly notify the tour manager if you have any medical issues or allergies.
• At each destination, the nearest hospitals along with clinics will be identified.
• Pack clothing appropriate for tropical climates. It is advisable to use lightweight, breathable textiles.
• As unexpected rain showers are common, keep a raincoat or umbrella on hand.
• Wear suitable attire and apply sunscreen to protect yourself from the sun.
• Some parts of the Andaman Islands may have restricted mobile connectivity. Please alert your loved ones.
• Wi-Fi is provided in several hotels and public spaces, but it is not always stable.
• Respect the local customs. Please be respectful of local cultures and traditions. Take care of the natural surroundings and wildlife.
• Do not utilize plastics and dispose of them responsibly.
• Follow local dress requirements and behavior guidelines, particularly when visiting religious or protected sites.
